Information we collect
Drone LiveLink processes account, organization, aircraft, mission, recording, security, and communication information needed to provide and protect the service. When someone enrolls in mission text alerts, we record the mobile number, consent date and time, consent language and version, enrollment source, and limited technical evidence associated with the consent event.
How information is used
We use this information to operate customer workspaces, deliver authorized mission communications, maintain security and audit records, provide recovery functions, troubleshoot service issues, and satisfy applicable legal and telecommunications requirements. Mission-alert contact information is not used for advertising.
Text messaging privacy
Mobile information will not be sold or used for third-party marketing. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Service providers and legal obligations
Technical service providers may process information only as needed to deliver the Drone LiveLink service, including hosting, email, text-message delivery, security, and backup services. Information may also be preserved or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service, its customers, or the public.
Retention and choices
Customer information is retained according to the organization’s service configuration and applicable operational requirements. Text-message consent remains recorded for compliance purposes after a recipient opts out. Recipients may opt out of text alerts at any time by replying STOP.
