Mission text-alert program
Drone LiveLink provides optional operational text notifications when an authorized organization user chooses to send a mission alert. Messages may include the organization name, mission name, operational status, and a secure viewer link. The program does not send marketing messages.
Consent and message frequency
Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of obtaining or using Drone LiveLink services. Message frequency varies according to mission activity and the alerts selected by authorized users. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and assistance
Reply STOP to opt out of future mission text alerts. Reply HELP for assistance. An organization administrator may also remove a recipient from future alerts. Opting out of text messages does not disable the recipient’s other authorized access to Drone LiveLink.
Operational limitations
Text messages are a supplementary notification method and are not a replacement for emergency dispatch, 911, radio communications, or an organization’s required notification procedures. Delivery can be delayed or prevented by carriers, mobile coverage, device settings, internet service, or circumstances outside Drone LiveLink’s control.
Acceptable use
Secure viewer links and mission information may be used only by authorized recipients for legitimate operational purposes. Recipients must not redistribute protected mission information unless authorized by the responsible organization.
